Joseph Kozikowski, M.D.
Managing Partner
Dr. Kozikowski has more than 20 years of biomedical industry experience crafting strategic alliances, restructurings, development programs, and new business initiatives for Fortune 100, NASDAQ, and emerging biomedical companies. He has successfully executed engagements for multinationals such as Baxter, Johnson & Johnson, and Biogen, and has accessed virtually every leading medical center in the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Japan.
His financial analysis practice includes fundamental approaches to enterprise and market valuation, and forecasting of innovative pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, and diagnostics. His analysis leverages his first-hand experience in research, product development, clinical trials, and agency submissions that have resulted in several new products and more than 20 clinical and scientific publications.
Dr. Kozikowski studied finance at Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration and regulatory law at the Food and Drug Law Institute in Washington, D.C. He was Principal Investigator at The Massachusetts General Hospital of a NIH SBIR grant, and he holds active licensure in medicine and surgery. He was a Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Fellow and graduate of The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where he was awarded NIH, USPHS, and other grants for medical product development. He graduated summa cum laude from Villanova University, where he completed undergraduate and graduate coursework in electrical engineering and physics and was named the nation's top biomedical engineering undergraduate by the Alliance for Engineering in Medicine and Biology.
Dr. Kozikowski is a director of several private biomedical companies.
